SocialErasmus Coordinators Meeting Prague 2013 (SECM Prague) will be organized on 25th-28th October by ESC ICT Prague, an ESN CZ section which has almost 10 years of history and since 2010 is also a part of Erasmus Student Network and a great supporter of the SocialErasmus (SE) activities.

We recommend Student Agency company. The buses are comfortable and offer cheap tickets in advance. Other bus company is EUROLINES which goes through almost every european country.

ACCOMMODATION

The Strahov Dorms: double rooms and shared bathrooms on each floor. The accommodation is provided from Friday afternoon till Monday morning. One extra night costs 150 CZK (6 Euro) if you present some student card.

ARRIVALS

Registration from Friday 11 am till late night. (The 1st Night: Eurosnack + Welcome Evening will take place just 200 m from the Dorms so it will be easy to reach it even for the latecomers.)

For early comers: Prague Tour during the Friday afternoon (3 PM, time is flexible).

TRANSPORT within Prague

Everybody will get a 4-day public transport ticket on his/her spot of arrival (valid for everything, also from/to the airport).mapka SECM

1. Friday evening: Eurosnack (bring your national meals) + Welcome Evening (getting to know each other, ice breaking games, etc.)

2. Saturday evening: Czech Dinner + Prague Night Challenge (a fun challenging game through the city center)

3. Sunday evening: Pragulic Tour + Farewell Party
